• Turnaround Options & Delivery

  1. Lead Times

    Our standard turnaround time for dispatch of your order (not including delivery) is 3-5 working days from when your print-ready artwork has been approved following our pre-press checks. For example, if we receive your order on a Monday and your artwork meets our print requirements, your parcel(s) will be dispatched no later than the following Monday.

    If your order is urgent, our extra speedy turnaround time (not including delivery) is two working days from when your print-ready artwork has been approved following our pre-press checks. For example, if we receive your order before 1pm on a Monday and your artwork meets our print requirements, your parcel(s) will be dispatched on the Wednesday.

    Some of our products can take a little longer to produce so it may be 5-8 working days before we can get these safely on their way to you. If you need one of these products more urgently, please let us know – we always do our best to offer a faster turnaround where possible.

    If you have a job that is really urgent and you need a same or next day service; give us a call. We may be able to help.

    On the rare occasion that we can't complete your order within the specified timescale, we'll let you know as soon as we can and you'll be offered the opportunity to cancel your order.

    Delivery

    We use Royal Mail and DHL for deliveries. If you choose our standard delivery option, we'll assess your order and select the most suitable delivery method. We always use tracked services and will supply a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

    Most of our products have a standard delivery charge of £4.00 + VAT; delivery can take up to three days. You can choose to upgrade to a 'Next Day' delivery service for an additional £3.00 + VAT. Larger items have a standard charge of £8.00 + VAT. If you require an alternative delivery method, please get in touch and we'll do our very best to help.

    Please make sure you include any special delivery instructions at the time of ordering.

    Collection

    Collection from our studio is free between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
